At first I had doubts but had a Positive Experience 💪🏾
It first I had doubts given the message I got that said my tickets will be delivered on the day of the Chris Brown concert and I subsequently saw bad reviews on Hellopeter which made me even more suspicious. However 2 hours later the tickets were delivered and were immediately transferred into my Ticketmaster account were I realised that the original price was double what I paid at Viagogo, that is I got them at half price which was awesome. Although I still had a nagging doubt, the tickets were genuine and had a great experience at the concert.

19 Dec 2024, 03:04A piece of advise for the people that would like use Viagogo to purchase tickets.
1. Use Viagogo when the tickets are sold out on the official ticket site for the event or the seats that you are looking for a sold out. I was looking for Front Zone Tickets from Ticketmaster websites but those were sold out but managed to purchase them on Viagogo website.
2. If the tickets are still available on the official ticket website for the event, please ensure that you know the price of the tickets before buying them at Viagogo to avoid paying a higher price than what you can pay on the official site.
3. Once purchased unfortunately you will have to wait until Viagogo sends you the ticket. I suspect Viagogo starts by sourcing the tickets from the seller where the seller needs to confirm that they are happy to sell and then transfer the tickets (this process might take time because the seller might not be checking their emails constantly). Fortunately for me it only took 2 hours.
4. Please ensure that the tickets are transferred in your name and are accessible directly from the official ticket site or app. Don’t accept tickets that are not coming from the official site. I guess this gets a little tricky if the official website is not advanced and generates pdf tickets, in that case be weary of duplicates because one pdf file can be sent to multiple people.
5. Viagogo gives you an option to accept or decline the tickets once transferred to you, this is where you can quickly do your due diligence to ensure they are genuine.
