Via Uno selling shoes of low quality

I am so disappointed in Via Uno. I purchased Naturezza shoes at Via Uno in The Pavilion Shopping Mall. I loved the shoes - they were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately I was only able to wear them 3 times when the leather started to peel. I returned the shoes and was told by the manager that he could only give me a credit note. Initially I accepted this as I had no time to do shoe shopping at that moment. <br> Today when I went to look at their shoes I saw a shoe on their display shelf where the leather had already started peeling. The display shoes were in worse condition than the shoes I had returned! I pointed it out to the staff and told them that I do not want to purchase more shoes from Via Uno when the shoes are already peeling in the store. Their reason for the peeling leather was simply that the shoes were old stock. I told them that it was unacceptable and asked them to phone their manager. After the sales consultant spoke to her manager they still refused me a refund. When I, however, asked if I could speak to the manager I was told he was unavailable. I am so disgusted in their quality and come-back service!
