Shoe complaint

Good day i bought a pair of shoe for R300 in Hillcrest branch, but the shoe was not of good quality, and i returned the shoe, but it had to remain in the store for the whole month because the shop owner was not around, an qhen he came back I was told that he refused the exchange.
