Shocking After Sales Service

I bought a pair of shoes on Sunday the 27th August from the Via Uno Hillcrest branch. When I got home I discovered that the inside corner of the shoe was slightly broken, since I needed the shoe and really liked it I decided to keep it. I wore them to a function 2 days later and after only 2 hours of wearing them the inner soles came out. I was horrified considering that I had spent a decent amount on these shoes. I took them back to the shop on the 30th August to request either a refund or a new pair of the same shoe and received very rude service from the 2 ladies that work there. The one told me she knew I would be back and that I was very rude on Sunday and that I didn't really want the shoe (this is her assumption of me deciding between 2 pairs of shoes), I told them that it was absolute nonsense and that this service was f***** bull****. The one teller then said "F*ck you" to me. I was shocked and asked her how she could say that to a customer, she said I said it first which was not true as I only said what I stated above. I told her to give me the owners number, I have since contacted the owner and have left my shoes at the shop. I left them there on Friday 1 September and have still not received feedback. I will NEVER purchase from this shop again and will tell EVERYONE I know about the terrible experience!
