Poor quality shoes

Bought the shoes in December at Via Uno shop at the Pavilion. I loved the shoe so much and I wasn't planning to take it back to the shop. I wore the shoes to the funeral and within 2 hours the whole front sole of the shoe came off and my toes were touching the ground.

When I took the shoes back the ladies that sold me the shoes remember me cos I only bought the shoe a week before but they refused to give me exchange cos I didn't have the slip. I didn't keep the slip cos I wasn't planning to send the shoe back.

I left the shoe at the shop since I cant repair it as it needs the whole new sole sadly they are also keeping my money.

It's their shoe and they know I bought it from them as they even remember.

It's unbelievably frustrating to experience such horrible after sales service.

I would like to encourage customers to think twice before buying from this shop
