Dreadful quality shoes for premium prices

I bought a pair of Naturezza boots from via Uno Hillcrest Corner in March for R980. I had worn them less than 10 times when I noticed the 'pleather' was starting to peel at all the seams. I took them back and was told the assistant would speak to the owner. I waited 2 weeks and having not heard from the owner, I went in to the shop. I was told that they could not repair them and would not refund me as I had had them for 2 months. I have my own retail business and I would be mortified if I had sold my customer such junk for R1000. I would credit the customer immediately and take up the issue with my supplier.
