Bad service

I would like to enquire about my consumer rights,I am not sure as to whom I can actually direct my complain to as the Shop is not listed on sites , I feel hopeless as I feel my consumer right are violated and still are violated.

I went to Via Uno, shop GF 23, Hillcrest Corner on 8 March 2018 and bought a pair of shoes for R550.00 ( the shoes were R990.00 before the discount) for my Nephew's wedding. I did try on the shoes they were perfect and that's was what I wanted. On 10 March 2018 before the wedding I put my shoes on for photos at home however I took them off and wore my flops. I put them on again when we reached the venue before I entered the matrimonial church as I wanted to look and feel good. I think I took less than 15 steps and the shoe sole went literally loose ( like flipping) I took them off immediately and wore my flops back. My whole day was a mess as I was disappointed. I took the shoes back on 12 March as per Via Uno policy No Return after 7 days. I called the shop on 14 March and again on 16 March to follow up (as I left the shoes there since the owner was not around on12 March) the ladies at the shop were still waiting for the Boss to tell them what to do. When I called on 16 March I told the lady that I want my money back as I don't want the same style of shoes as I felt they will just fix the shoes and give back the same shoe. On 19 March I got a call from Gugu who told me that the Boss said he will fix the shoe and give it back to me. Who in his or her right mind will spend R550 on a shoes does not wear it and it's needs to be fixed. Why Via Uno are not selling quality? I don't want the same style of shoes.

I went to the shop again on 03/04/18 the owner was not present again and I took his name from the shop assistant: Paul Viera. Apparently Paul took my shoes with him and was supposed to call me, I am currently unemployed and depend on my mother who is also a pensioner for assistance. I drive her around where she wants to go e.g. clinic for her monthly check up, church etc while I am trying to find a job. For this R550 is too much for me and the owner is carefree.
