Lazy bunch of people

<p>17 days ago I placed a very urgent order for books and told them that i need them for the new school term befor the schools close for the winter holadays. Today when i phoned them they could not give me a reason why our order is being held back we dont have any outstanding invoices with them and the only person to unlock the account dont want to take calls to day this is not the first time this happens</p>
