Ceiling Collapse

It is unfortunate that things have had to reach this point, but I must express my deep dissatisfaction with your service. We should not have to constantly follow up with you for feedback or action.

The ceiling in our home is literally on the verge of collapsing. The dust coming from it continues to make my baby sick, and we are now deeply concerned for our safety and well-being. If my child ends up in the hospital again due to this dust, or if the ceiling collapses before you address this matter, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this legally.

Your team previously came to inspect the ceiling, took photos, and confirmed that it is indeed collapsing. Since then, there has been no progress or communication. It is clear that the health and safety of the people living in your properties are not being prioritized, and I am now extremely frustrated and angry.

To make matters worse, the dust continues to ruin our bedding and living environment. This situation is unacceptable. I demand a prompt and decisive response to this issue. If we do not hear from you soon, you will be hearing from our lawyers.
