House plan

I have been waiting for my house plan from Vhouse plans for the past 4 weeks now, before I could give them the go-ahead to proceed with the house plan they were pushing me so much, and I was motivated by the way they were pushing, little did I know that they will give me problems, they don't respond when I communicate, they have been very unprofessional and really disappointed me as a customer, I am very dissapointed, I had really trusted them as it is not my first time working with them.
