Worst Experience Ever

Hi I would like to let this branch know that I have never in my life ever experience such poor service My appointment was booked for 9am , I arrived at 8:45am

I was told that Amanda was running late She took me into the room at 9:25 Mid way through my treatment she informs me that there is no tint in stock Like really ? Why take bookings if you do not have stock Amanda says she was on leave . She then offers to go to clicks to buy some sort of tint and comes back with nothing She then tells me she will be doing a henna tint instead . The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing .

Please do better

I told them that I booked my appointment for 9am as I had somewhere to be at 10am

Amanda was only done by past 10am

I am extremely disappointed with the service from this branch .
