Terrible customer service

<p>The customer service of this company is ridiculous!! They are meant to be an Accredited DSTV installer but are terrible!! They were supposed to come on Tuesday to install my decoder, it was postponed to Wednesday, then to Thursday, then I called Porcia on Friday morning and she advised they would come at 6pm. 6pm came and when I tried to call the number went to voicemail (countless times). I managed to find another number on the Internet and spoke to Vusi who said to my partner he does not care about Customer Service and put the phone down in her ear!! I don't recommend them to anyone unless you want hassles. </p>
