Sewage technical support no assistance

It's very painful to wake up knowing offices open at 7:45 and find no one or find people on their personal phones and wait for them to attend to you. When you report you take days to be attended to. Even when it's urgent one has to be patient because you need help. When you call no response. It's frustrating.... Where is the management?????
