Bad Service delivery

I am staying at Tshikhudini Village , my house is the last one in the row .I have been struggling with water for years with no assistance from the municipality . I have 2 Taps in the yard already but still am suffering with water . I do buy prepaid .Today the water was running smoothly until municipal officer come and close of the pressure of water ,I humbly went and request them to leave it as it is for today only so that at least we can manage to fill up out Tank ,but they denied . We are also willing to get better service and we are not going to blame persons who selected the stand , but we also wish to get service as required . I have already did numerous follow-ups when I call office they tell me they are short staffed and I must leave my contacts , till to date am still waiting since last year .
