Worst Service I have Ever Received

Upon request from a client to order (emergency order) some Fibre Converters (VGA to Fibre), I contacted VH Fibre Optics. I have given through my request for pricing, and since then I had to phone in and email to get feedback. The sales person helping me, did not even have the common decency to keep me updated. The excuse is that they are relocating offices and she had a sales meeting.I too work in sales, and not once a client had to contact me for feedback, or phone me to find out if I have worked on the quotation yet. I am very disappointed with the service received, and the effort put into my request for a special order item. Clearly they do not want my business. i have sent a mail to the representative, complaining about the service, and now, suddenly, I received 2 emails in a time period of 20 minutes! Not so busy now, are we?
