June 2023 I was contacted by the guy called Vuyolethu Gxaweni, he used to stay in Midrand, his was working as accountant, he also helped me with my business. Last year August 2023 he proposed a business that he wanted an investor for his business as he got a tender to transport goods from certain place to the construction side, arrangements were made for me to fly to Cape Town to check the work before I make payment to him as he was looking for an investor to put R130k for the business to start. I got suspicious as he was busy asking me about the money every day, he didn't pay the full amount, I paid R40k into the business account for him to start then I will make other payment once I see the projects is progressing. Agreement was that we share commission 45% & 55%. He never paid me even single cent after he received payments from the projects. He changed his cell number two times.
