Worst Experience Ever - Absaidirect & Vfv Attorneys (Third Party Claim)

I met up in an accident in Nov 2022, as the accident was not my fault, I decided to claim from third party and her insurance was ABSAiDirect. VFV attorneys had called and said that they will be handling everything. I then get to know that even though it was not my fault the split is 80/20 on my repairs, which I found absolutely ridiculous. Bennet who was suppose to be helping me from vfv attorneys, is never at his desk, does not answer my phone calls and not even my emails. Another lady at vfv attorneys took over and helped me with a release document, which was incorrect, they were only paying me out 40%, I then had to call in again and make them understand that it was not what I agreed on. It is now Feb 2023 and I am still waiting for a payout of 80%. I have sent multiple emails, called a dozen of times and still no update on what is happening. It is absolutely horrific working with vfv attorneys.
