VNF Attorneys - No efforts on ABSA iDirect Recovery

I am utterly disappointed in this recovery law firm. I had an accident in May of 2019 and to date, they have not even collected all the documents from the third party. There was no license trace. No checks if the third party was insured. No letter of demand or negotiations on payment terms. There was no response to any of my mails or phone calls. There was no follow up with the third party of any re-payments. Consultants were rude and essentially have told me to go to court and deal with the matter myself. Both ABSA iDirect and VNF attorneys are absolutely *******.
