I continously have to follow up, I never receive a call or feedback, where's the customer service? When I called to enquire he's line is conveniently always busy and I've been promised calls back, but haven't even received an email or sms. Now you require even more pictures of my vehicle and the mileage as if i was at fault. I want a manager to call me immediately because I refuse to wait a day longer!!!!!!!! I have submitted all the required photos, documents etc. Surely it cannot take this long to have my car repaired. Manager, immediately!!!!!!!!
