Well you firstly can't keep your client informed as to what is happening and everyone's story is different then the other..

I have been waiting since January 2021 and been making monthly contact to follow-up as you are NOT able or WILLING to make the effort as promised by you!!

Now the excuse is it is at the 3rd party insurance.. Ypu are waiting.. Where i have been i contact with the other party and theor broker sen**** me an email saying they are waiting for a claim..

Fo the life of me can someone just get up and do something!! It is your job!
