The Absolute Worst

The way that this company deals with their customers is completely **********. I was rear ended by a driver who was obviously under the influence in June 2019. I am still waiting for the settlement offer. Every time I contact them, they say they will provide an update the next day, and they never do. It has been going on like this for MONTHS. This is honestly the worst company I have had to deal with. Worse than Telkom and Eskom put together. Atrocious.
