Shelving Responsibility.

On the 16th of Oct. on my way to work, i got hit from behind by a lady who's car is insured by Absa. She has been very cooperative and gave me the number for the 3rd Party Claim who happens to be VFV Attorneys. I was asked to submit every document under the sun, which i did in the same week. Since then i have been pushed from pillar to post - 1stly i dealt with Adrian Kruger, who pushed me to Sam Mogapi and finally he pushed me to Hilda Moloney who confirmed to me that my settlement is approved by Absa. But she comes back to me today to say i need to escalate to some Leanne Forder as this was now suddenly above her decision.<br> <br> I must say how disgusted i feel at the way i have been treated by this company, for an accident that was not my fault to begin with. They are stalling as much as possible in owning up to their responsibility to fix my car. You tell Leanne Forder or the GM of Vfv that i am giving them until the end of the day today to contact me and tell me when my settlement money will be paid out , otherwise tomorrow morning i am moving on to Carte Blanche to expose this sham of a company. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!
