Recovery attorneys not honoring client's request

I have claimed for a third party car insurance with Absa direct whom referred me to VFV Attorneys for recovery of excess money spent during insurance claim. Incident occurred in April and till today this law firm has not yet honored my request nor give any response through email I communicated with them. The last response was that they still tracking the vehicle and drivers license of which the offender is not south African citizen. This person stays right in the complex where I stay and verbally told me I must forget she won't pay back because she is a foreigner and it's not first nor second time she does this and all cases the people she damaged their cars lost through insurance. So, with vfv attorneys reluctance to act on my matter or failure to give me feed back, it means yes the woman knows well how recovery attorneys work becase I have lost and she has won even if she is the one who drove over to my car and bumped it while it was stationary right on its parking bay. She had audecity of telling me she won't pay while failed to even inform me that she pumped into my car and I had to hear from neighbors who witnessed the incident in our complex. Now vfv attorneys ignore my calls and emails, whereas absa idirect sends me to them. Please help me as I want to recover the money I used unplanned because of the bad driver in our complex.
