Please note the tire you are referring to is:

tyre: we reffering to is: Dictionary result for tyre

noun: tyre; plural noun: tyres; noun: tire; plural noun: tires a rubber covering, typically inflated or surrounding an inflated inner tube, placed round a wheel to form a soft contact with the road. a strengthening band of metal fitted around the rim of a wheel, especially of a railway vehicle.

Kindly note no light or bumper was removed at the time of the incident as the pothole caused the tyre blow out hence the resultant damages which caused the damage to light and bumper. The tyre was in the boot which assessor at time refused to take note after enlightening him.

As its inappropriate deceit and not acceptable to request more information when assessors as you claim have not done their Jobs properly with regard to the inspection and pictures of the tyre etc.

All pictures were submitted to Ms Portia at the time of incident. Due to large files others were not submitted. A year later you requested additional pictures which were supp**** as you state contrary in addition to the tyre, light and bumper. To which you fail to understand.

Would like to pursue this as potholes are life threatening and not been attempted to timeously after reporting potholes to tshwane.
