Failure to recover access

I am greatly disappointed with how my recovery case was handled by this firm. Was involved in an accident August 2019 and the insurance company handed over the case to VFV attorneys for recovery. The investigation going on here is very poor. They didn’t even try to retrieve the traffic officer’s statement and accident report. Laziness only here. The third party is obviously disputing this and then I m told that it’s my word against theirs,therefore I have to go to small claims court. Seemingly they are not as useful one thought they are.
