Complaint

<p>we have lodged a third party claim. the guy bumped my daughter from behind, and now as usual they are looking for excuses not to pay the claim or at least part of it. apparently the client gave a different story, forgetting that they were witnesses on the scene.</p> <p>the accident happened in July, we submitted all the documentation to : VFV Attorneys on the 15th August.</p> <p>it is now October, they promised on the 3rd October that they would advise the outcome on the 7th October.</p> <p>up t date we still have not received any feedback.</p> <p> </p>
