I was dealing with VFV attorneys and I was allocated to a lady named Linda Van Zyl. She made me a black Friday settlement offer and I paid everything in full since I got a discount from the company. I kept getting messages from them and I spoke to her about those messages and she advised me to ignore them because I paid. I received an SMS and an email this friday after 2 years the incident has happened advising me pay the debt and they were also threatening to hand over the account. We've been going back and forth about this with no resolution. Their debt collection manager had also been sending me emails without even investigating the matter.
