ABSA Insurance's and VFV Attorneys : ************ Services

Absa Insurance's Client ***0*002*002 was responsible and liable for an accident on the 07/08/2018. Executed a reckless right turn in front of straight traffic on Northumberland and Aerole Road during peak traffic hour 12:42. VFV Attorneys handled the Third Party Claim on behalf Absa Insurance.

We informed them that their Client was liable, first **** that he had no insurance. Wilful Non-disclosure which a cardinal sin in insurance. Then also highlighted the Police Investigating technical opinion that in terms of the accident reports and traffic regulations their Clients was liable.

************ Behavior : First they refused to refute that their clients ****, or provide written reasons, then refused to account or provide written reasons why the Police Official Report could not be used in the assessment. Instead claimed that the same unreliable Client (who **** initially he had no insurance) , had right of way to execute a right turn if front of straight traffic, on a traffic light controlled intersection!!!, and incredulously he had an anonymous witness to back him up.

This is after initially promising to damage assess fairly, they refuted liability without providing "Written Reasons" why :1)their Client who misrepresentation could be re**** on 2) The official law enforcement Police Assessment Report was discarded.

Both Absa Insurance and VFV Attorneys seem oblivious to ethical business requirements stipulated by the licensing requirements of Short Term Insurance Act of 2017. Third Party Claims are vicarious liability: they must be assessed ethically and the motoring Public and consumers that takes out Third Party Cover Issuance are entitled to proper service and protection, from being lured into this to their ********* business practices and profit maximization.
