A very big Poor service

Am very disappointed in this company along side with dial direct. Apparently these attorneys were given a job to recover my third party from a company vehicle that knocked my car right off 😒. This poor company didn't even take the initiative to call me or inform me about jow far is the process they just sent me email saying they were told by dial direct to recover my third party and they need any information i might have. And I told them where to get the information and I asked what time of information do they want they never rplyed back to me since the 18th of August 2021. How can we rly to such companie.
