****** and terribly rude towards black clients

“Carene Engelberg at VFS Global CAPETOWN REGIONAL OFFICE as manager of this regional office designate undermines black clients/black agents assisting clients.Her ****** tendencies are unprecedented and henceforth will not entertain such ****** nonsense from this woman and terribly rude and had an overall hostile attitude towards black clients but will do everything to help a white person. She responds to questions with a death stare and an aggressive grimace, that I was almost expecting a hiss would follow. I saw her treat other people similarly too. Applicants of course can not criticise this behavior, either because of lack of complaints procedure or because they would not want to risk the chances of their application submission. I happened to point out to Carene Engelberg that i was in possession of a valid appointment and proof of payment to submit application for a client which has been checked and accepted by security,Quality Control staff and one of her colleagues who is also whiteman and manager of the branch too in a completely polite manner. Carene Engelberg has abused my rights by her ****** tendencies of ************** towards black clients visiting VFS Capetown office and attributes every wrong doing to blacks which is an obvious ******.I totally condemn her ****** attitude towards black clients and for this unprofessional service i recommend her been sanctioned on a serious note
