Painful and disappointing. Such a pity — sad really.

Rude, impolite, unhelpful. Process took more than 2 months. Animosity towards agent spills over to the applicants (concept of customer is totally foreign). Very detrimental to the image of Saudi Arabia and it’s people. Will probably be better to staff with individuals from Saudi Arabia rather than substitutes from other Arab-speaking countries . . .
