Horrid after service

Good morning.

Please note, my Visa has been issued, after sitting down for almost an hour, eventually getting to my appointment because the PAPER POLICE was trolling me, the same non-saudi individual fails to mention the original receipt is required to collect my passport by the agent who made my booking. Bare in mind, I was sent to the police station in a downpour because my affidavit wasn't up to standard. Having taken it back and again asking if there will be anything else needed and for passport collection as I'm from Port Elizabeth, and I'm heading home same evening. I've been informed "nothing is required".

My Visa agent tells me they refuse to give him the passport as he doesn't have the original receipt... (Okay so hold up IM LEAVING FROM CPT INTERNATIONAL TOMORROW), I call VFS and they give me lip, telling me "oh your agent knows the rules", Missy! I asked you deliberately if this will be needed and you said NO!!! How the hell is this even a hold up. I ask a question I get the answer, how do you communicate with someone else if I asked a simple question!
