Great service from VFS Tasheel Cape Town

I called the VFS Tasheel Cape Town office in desperation as the Johannesburg branch phone either rang off or was continually engaged. Perhaps they're short staffed. <br> I spoke to Abdool at the Cape Town branch explaining that I needed the status of a contractor's visa which had been app**** for 3 weeks previously at the Johannesburg branch. He said he would look into it for me and get back to me by 11 am !! AND HE DID. In my dealings with VFS, one of my calls was answered by Vasheera, again, professional and helpful. Well done to VFS Tasheel Cape Town. Keep up the good work of service delivery and going the extra mile.
