Great service by Abdul and Basheera

My husband and i are permanent residents in Saudi Arabia, but our daughter only has the visit visa which is only valid for 3 months! Since last year, we usually travel from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town to have her paperwork submitted at vfs Tasheel Cape Town. On Monday the 11th we were there and Abdul as always was of great assistance. We were going to wait in Cape Town till passport arrives usually on the Friday. Friday came and i was told that there was a delay in the courier delivery so i would not be able to get passport back ? Abdul and Basheera knew that i needed to drive back 10 hours on Saturday with a 10 year old in tow..they offered to take my daughters passport and give it to me on Saturday even though their office is not opened just so that i would be on my way home and not have to change any plans! <br> <br> I am very happy with their service at vfs Tasheel Cape Town.
