I was met at reception by Ibrahim, who was friendly and helpful when checking documentation. Upon the realisation that I had not made the correct appointment for my children, Abdul went the extra mile to help.<br> Once I had finalised my medical with Health in Advance, I received my passports by courier within 5 days.<br> Abdul also called me twice to keep me informed.<br> <br> During my visit to the office, I noticed the staff being helpful to all their customers and showing a genuine concern for any problems encountered. They also appeared to have a good rapport with returning customers! I am very happy with the service I received.
