Bad Service

It started with my application 10 months back when VFS Tasheel messed up with the type off visa application and instead of 1 week it took them 5 weeks for my visa. <br> Then when they sort of accept that the problem is on their side they promised that the passport will be DHL to my address, mysteriously they forgot to do as promised causing a delay in my employment date with the company in Saudi with a loss of close to R140,000.00 in salary due to their incompatibly in doing their work right the first time.<br> <br> Now two weeks after my wife's passport being handed in the medicals is till not confirmed. <br> <br> My suggestion is that VFS Tasheel either employ people that can do their work right the first time and deliver customer service as paid for.<br> <br> I would suggest sort this mess with out delay
