ZSP PERMITS

I submitted my permit application on the 1st of November 2014 and was told the application results will be ready within 8 weeks and the latest 12 weeks. Since the 1st of November 2014 its been 17 weeks now. I went to the VFS center in midrand to check why there has not been any communication with the application, I was told that the applications of the 01/11/0214 and 03/11/2014 something didn't go well on the submission to Home Affairs. The people who submitted their applications from the 4th of November 2014 have received the responses to their applications. I called the call centre just to be told to wait until I get a call. My main problem is that I cannot access my money in the bank for my account has been frozen due to my previous permit expiring. I paid an administration fee to VFS now they don't even update us on when is our permits application res pones going to be available. Why the people who submitted after us getting their responses and we are not, VFS made a lot of money out of this project and now they dont bother delivering the service we paid for. No-one who submitted their applications on the 1st of November 2014 have received feedback, clearly something is wrong
