ZSP permit printed but no feedback from VFS

I submitted my application documents on 4 November. Funny enough DHA says my decision was printed on 6 Feb and I should check with VFS. When I phone the VFS call centre they are all clueless. That track your application system is always down and never gives accurate information.VFS are behind all these delays and want to blame home affairs. Why can't they do a simple thing like tracking your application. This process was supposed to take 8-10 weeks only.
