ZSP permit on long pending until know please I need help

My name is Stephen chimoga from Zimbabwe in 2014 November I app**** for the Zsp permit and until know iam still waiting for the outcome I have been at vfs offices asking them about the outcome and they told me my permit is still at home affairs. And I phoned the Pretoria home affairs they told I must ask vfs global office please help if u can because home affairs they introduced new permits cold Zep to replaced Zsp please help me thank u
