ZSP PERMIT DELAYED - NO EXPLANATION AT ALL!!

I app**** for my permit in November 2014, it's almost a year now and the permit has not yet been issued. I am coming from Port Elizabeth now going back to Bluemfotein where l now live. I come here on Monday (28/09/15) to check the permit as all other people l app**** with already got their permits. I was told to come back today (30/09/15) and they told me again that l should come back next week Monday. I now stay in Bluemfotein and unfortunately l have to go back without the permit and no explanation why only my permit is not out. <br> <br> I don't know what to do now, I have incurred transport expenses for nothing and now l am told to come back and check again next week. Can someone please assist me on what l should do, l am currently sick and l cannot afford again another journey to PE to be told that the permit is not out. If you can assist please kindly let me know as l would really appreciate your help.
