ZEP WORK PERMITS AND REFUND APPLICATIONS

Good day,

I have been trying to assist our staff members with their work permits application since July this year, some of them have been waiting for a status feedback. VFS does not provide a user friendly system for customers, there are always glitches with their website and continuous kicks you off the system even if you have saved the information you have already inputed. when you login again you will have to re-start. I have tried to apply for a refund since september and have been struggling to successfully do so. i have sent them numerous emails and no responses. when i call their call center they instantly drop the calls on us.

I do not recommend this agency for any work permits and visa applications. they have pathetic service and have poor structured website specially for refunds, which raises some questions whether they want to refund customers or not.
