ZEP Permit outcome delay

I submitted my application on the first day(02 October 2017) but up to now its not ready for collection.

Furthermore when i try to track it it doesnt give me any response .i have tried everything but noone is helping me.You are my last hope.My job is on the line as i write to you.The last time i was able to trace it was saying your application has been returned to vfs-that was midNovember but still up to now no permit.Please help before i lose my job.
