ZEP Permit outcome delay

Its now 3 months and i havent received the outcome of my permit from VFS. I submitted my application at the VFS offices in Midrand on 02/10/2017.Within 3 weeks it was already at Home affairs and within 2 weeks Home affairs had completed the adjudication. What worries me is that since the outcome was returned to VFS by Home Affairs in November i still havent heard a word from them.When you tack it it gives you a void.when i visited the offices they told me to wait for a week.Now its more than a month but i cant track it and they are still keeping my outcome somewhere in their storeroom.Dont know whom to turn to now.This has taken longer than necessary.i think there is a serious mix up there.Can someone follow up please as my job is on the line.
