Wrong Visa application information

Had an emergency trip to Dubai because of my mom getting sick and before booking called Vfs global to ask if I can get a visa same day if I need to pay extra or it’s not possible and the lady said no it’s possible to get me a visa same day , just need to book my flight which I did ….waited on the visa only to be told can only get it after 47hours

I mean I asked first if it’s possible and was told it is and made bookings with my money and now have to fight for a refund and have wasted money on this Visa … I’m beyond angry because I clearly asked beforehand if it will be possible to get a quick turnaround!

Worst experience ever!!
