Worst work experience with vfs global

The worst company ever to work for the staff insult belittle you make fun of how you look and dress body shaming and when management is notified of such behavior things just get worse no actual action is taken reason being the complaint was was towards a tenured staff member nothing ever happens multiple complaints have been put through and escalated regarding issues and everyone in management turns a blind eye why again the complaint is against tenured staff even HR was unable to find a resolution to everyones appeal everymistake is pointed out you screamed at by tenured staff insulted and when you complain a blind eye is turned they force you to an end of no result but to save yourself and mental health you forced to leave they staff does not treat each other with respect they gang up on you and make fun of you the tenured staff recruit new staff to go against 1 person gossip insulting and pointing out every small mistake mind you it's only you and your mistake that's looked at the others they turn a blind eye way too much of favoritism as for management don't get me started all they ever do is have a meeting just for the moment but no action is taken not even with HR hopefully this reaches the founders and head of VFS so nobody else has to face these poor work ethics where nothing gets done and unfortunately staff is forced to leave as tenured staff drive you out of there. Hopefully this can be reviewed and action taken accordingly regarding certain individuals.
