Worst travel experience of my life...

This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in terms of flying. I had stated to my agent that I needed the 24 hour of express visa as I was flying with Emirates. When I followed up I was told that my visa was not app**** for the express package. Ive had to spend two days at an airport in another city and can will have to head back home to do the PCR test (covid times) again... it’s it’s been 72 hours... definitely wouldn’t recommend this company in anyway. They lead you on and keep telling you that it will be ready in the next hour or two just to let you down...
