Horror show going on in every sense. The online applications system that seem to be intentionally made to make applications fail. Call center that has people who seem disinterested, if they pay attention the are clueless and disrespectful. Online technical support that is never able to help! What the hell is the SA government and DoH doig with this people who are fast to take money and not deliver service? Hell man someone need to do something. This is just bull **** that is ruini g family lives!

I am highly thankful to the call centre manager for the speedy response and resolution to the raised problem. I am back on track with our application. I hope Portia, the manager does not only sort out the issue but helps with working on the call centre and the technical/ online support personnel. It would make a world of difference
