Worst Service provider: money eater

VFS is the worst company with their system and staff in place ever specially in South Africa, VFS charges 3-4 times fees R 1550 or premium center R2500 than actual DHA fees is R450+ then after the Hugh 3-4 times fees charges they still charge you for random services like photos, document copies and all. And at least the staff is rude and think they own you. I have had several encounters with VFS in Pretoria as well as Rivonia. Whenever you visit them their system is down and when you visit the site the site is down. they ask you to keep checking site everyday or visit their center next day like its your daily routine. They ask you to pay application fees R1550/R2500 in advance and later there are no slots available. when you ask their call center they will ask you to check site everyday like you will get paid. when you go on walk-ins the so called system is down. Their centers are full of local visa agents who get priority over the queues and their staff treat them out of order. I can't add the snapshots of their site errors or login errors but their fees payment system never fails. _________________________________________________ Server Error in '/DHA' Application.
