Worst service ever

The worst of the worst, poor service and they don't want to help whether via email, calls or in person. I made a mistake with my PRP application, before I could go see them I emailed them the application form to see if everything was fine but nobody responded, made a mistake and they decided to deduct 30% but it's been over 3 weeks, haven't got my money, I've called, emailed but they keep on sending me around.
