Worst service

I have paid R1570.00 for my visa application,booked an appointment for the 07/02/2022 .I went to the offices in Cape Town where I booked for appointment.I was turned back just because they required the actual proof of payment from the bank .I then came back the next day with my wife bank statement as proof that the money went through I was still turned back.My wife had to ask for leave from work to get this sorted on the 15th February 2022.

We have tried to reschedule appointments online on my profile ,but the system is not populating the necessary screen to enable so when I click on reschedule.The worse part is I have paid for the sms option but have not received an sms confirming the appointment.
